Ok, so I don't have exact measurements yet for my hot sauce, but I do know about how much, lol. So the batches vary a little, but thats ok by me. I won't lie, I don't think that I would necessarily share it just yet if I had exact measurements, but I think thats partly because I want to sell the stuff, but whatever. Thats besides the point. I am getting off track.
So with my hot sauce its fairly simple ingriedient wise. I took some things that I liked and threw them together.
I like using some Jalapenos and Habenero. I throw them on the skillet for a little bit, get them a little charred. I then throw them in the blender with some red chili pepper flakes, some vinegar, and some sriracha(however its spelt). And thats it, a simple but flavorful hot sauce.
