Air bubbles in sauce?

Shake shake shake...shake shake shake....shake your bottle...shake your bottle!

Unless you mean tiny air bubbles like carbonation which would be bad, as that's mean gasses formed which is generally bad.
 
If you are bottling right out of the blender/juicer then there will be bubbles. But if you cook (and hot filling is generally recommended) it after blending then this seems to release the bubbles from the ride in the blender.
