Q: any tips on watering
A: it depends heavily on your soil type.

Q: feeding
A: it depends heavily on growth stage and your soil humidity

Q: general care
A: watch out for bad bugs!   e.g. aphids, mites, thrips, ...

you just need good soil. let the pepper plant tell you when it needs water.

this is when it needs water.

let your pepper plant uptake calcium 1000x faster.
you may need amino acid / aloe vera gel / b-vitamins / humic acid / ascophyllum nodosum / EM1 / EM5

oh... remember quality/quantity of light is the most important factor.

good luck

Thank you very much for this really good info, are these a hot chilli, any Scoville rating for them

It says online 30k to 50k on the Scoville which is pretty hot. Feel free to look around this site as much as you can. You'll find all the info you need to be successful.

Thanks for the help, feeling a lot better equipped to grow chilli plants now, hope to make some chilli vodka once they have developed some heat, pretty tame at the moment, like eating a runner bean.
Hoping they get a great deal hotter in the next few weeks.
