This plant was wilted and curled like this before putting it outside. It also dropped quite a few leaves. It got the same overfertilizing treatment that the other wilty plant that I posted before got. This one didn't even flinch from the over fertilizing, so I think that whatever is causing the problem is blocking the absorption of nutrients somehow. It is growing very, very slowly compared to all of the others.
