anyone use one of these?

Can't say that I've seen that before.
Almost all of my electronical kitchen appliances are Cuisinart and the quality is very good
However that looks like its trying to be way more than what it is.

I like separate tools not all-in-ones. A blender that sautes?

No, but it looks kind of awesome.

My experience has been that multi-tools typically do lots of things average where specialized tools do one thing really well.

That said, this is a pretty simple tool - and Cuisinart is a very good brand that I am a fan of. I would certainly be willing to give it a go, but the batch sizes would be pretty small.

I'll stick to my NinjaPro & 2 gallon Caphelon copper clad pot.

That's a soup and smoothie blender.  It may not cut it for rehydrated peppers or make a really smooth sauce.  I had a blender in that price range and it would overheat and shut off after about 90 seconds.  It would take me 20 minutes to do the blending for one quart of sauce.  I had to put whole rehydrated peppers through a strainer to make it smooth.  If you can double down, this monster has served me well:  Waring Commercial MX1000XTX - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0042AL9Q8/ref=oh_details_o05_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
