bac spot id?

ok.. been doing some more research on what i thought my peppers have.. can somebody look at this and give me prognosis?

yea they get about 6 hrs.. i put up a sun shade about a week ago. so they get sun at 9 am now at from noon to 1ish they get reduced sun. then at around 3 they get full shade..

ive moved all the sick plants into some shade from a big oak so they get very little direct sun now..

How far down in the bucket are they planted? Do they get good air ciruclation? Is your soil moist at all times? What have you been feeding them? Look a little burnt from nutes. Need more info from you.

looks like fert burn to me. the bottom two look like you got ferts on the leaves
