condiment BBQ Sauce

It's almost time to pull out the grill. I have never made barbque sauce, but does anyone have a great recipe for a nice hot bbq sauce that isn't that sweet?

What style? What base? What meat? What type of cooking? (direct/indirect)

Wow, um Burgers and steaks.

I don't season my burgers I buy ground chuck and let the fat do the work. Once in awhile s&p only. Other times I make a curry burger. But I don't use BBQ sauce.

Same goes for steak. BBQ sauce?

Sorry, can't help here. Thought you meant BBQ as in ribs, chicken, etc.
