...there doesnt seem to be such a market for this hot suace marlarky. Not that I mean people dont want it but its not exactly readily availble. Hence for the upcoming summer and bbq season (british bbq = cooking under umbrellas) I would like to give some a go.

I have had a look around and my god is there an awful lot of sauces. I have no idea where to start can anybody suggest a sauce with a few uses and not mind blowing hot (READ: not too hot for my friends! lol)

I guess ill have to get it from the internetzzz as I doubt ill find nagasav in tesco...

Nick is a good bloke, everytime i've paid him a visit, it's been a case of 'here Dave try this....' i bought sauces that i wouldn't have but because of getting a taste first made all the difference
For a BBQ sauce you've gotta try billy b damned.
He you e-mail Nick and let him know what sort of flavours and heat you want i'm sure he'll be able to suggest a few.
