That looks nice! I grew up eating prickly pears, so if someone could pull off that distinct flavor and aroma with hops, I would love to try it.

If I still lived in NM, I would brew a prickly pear gose immediately. The are such a PITA though, with all of those microscopic thorn. I used to eat so many as a kid that I would feel sick, and my hands, mouth, and clothes would be stained purple. It was worth it!

No, I pretty much sucked all of the delicious juice from around the seeds like you would a wedge of a lemon.
