beer Being Crafty

Took out a couple of IPA's for lunch, had some take-out flautas because D is child-like, and then placed a follow-up Shipt for crisco and brisket after researching cookies a bit more in-depth ...

She's like, "now I wish we had shortening" and I'm like "here - hold my beer!" #Shipt ...

I'm going to SV that brisket until like Monday or something, I guess ...

I'd never have driven back out for the shortening ...
 
Making progress here today.

Internet fixed --- check getting upgrade done on Thursday
New bay window installed --- check


Drinking will commence once we head out to dinner. I will be doing a little re-con for the TD. I also will be drinking heavily as Danielle's 2 twenty-something cousins are here and spending the night. The conversation is riveting...you will just have to trust me on that.

7lb corned beef is egg bound tonight for an overnight trip to pastrami.

Tell D I like chocolate chocolate chip cookies.

nope never had that one, any good?  I don;t like most of heir beer, not a Belgian or strong malt fan
 
I love the pick your own and coolship series and that's pretty much it for me 
 
but if you like belgian style and or malty beer they make some of the best
