Blackberry hot sauce?

Basically, I had the idea of making a hot sauce based on blackberries.


So, I wondered if anybody has some recipe ideas?

I will have Red Rocotos and Morugas, and an unspecified superhot peppers to choose from. Possibly some Scotch Bonnets or Tabasco too.

So if I can't get sloe I would use plums? The wikipedia thing said they taste like small plums, but with differences in the flavor.
 
I dug a bit deeper - seems sloes are quite sour.  Check this link out.  :)
