bonnies dragon cayenne

So far this year I have made 2 different batches of hot sauce and currently drying some in the oven to make crushed red pepper. What are some other things are you guys doing with this type of pepper this year. Mostly just looking for ideas :-D

It's basically a Thai - Cayenne cross, so anything those work in would also work well for Dragon Cayenne. I mostly dry mine, and throw some fresh pods into dishes (Thai-style, stir fry, kung pao, etc.). As they are a smallish, thin skinned pod, I find they dry quite nice on the plant as well.

I powder or crush them and use them in just about everything.  The quick blast of heat is great in that you can use enough to make an impression w/o suffering a long afterburn.  The things are small but oh-so-prolific.  I must have a pint of power squirreled away.
