Hi

When the cold weather started, my peppers got full of this big green bugs that can also fly. Is this bad for them?

I post from my phone and can't upload pic. Will try to do that when I'll get to a computer.

I have a feeling I know what your talking about. If theyre green about the size of your thumb nail and weirdly shaped like a triangle then its them. Not sure what they are but they used to eat leaves on our trees and lay white eggs on fruit.

Green stink bugs. They love fruits with seeds and they're a pest. Google them see if thats what you have.
