After many failed google search attempts to find the hottest food in my city, I decided to create a blog pointing people in the right direction. I reside in Memphis, TN and know for a fact that there are some hot dishes around town to find. I also like to cook my own hot food, grow hot peppers and collect hot sauces and want to share my experiences.
