Can Anybody List the Ingredients of Chili Focus?

Well here is the bottle label.
And here is the MSDS for the product. Which it doesn't say much.

They really don't say much.
Except for the dang excess rain and wild temp fluctuations we have had lately, I have found that my potted plants have really taken off when I have watered them with 1/4 strength CHEM-GRO 4-18-38 from Hydro-Gardens, and some fish emulsion. In fact I'm gonna- redose all the peppers that are in soil this weekend, maybe it will pull the suckers out of the summer slump.
