Can you grow chile peppers on an apartment balcony?

I live on the 11th floor in southern florida. The balcony is covered by the balcony above us, but it seems to get some sun light. Would it be possible to grow peppers?

If not, does anyone here have pods that they would be willing to sell?

No doubt. You shouldn't have any problems getting them going. I believe there's quite a few balcony growers on this site who could probably give you a few extra pointers.

I have em growing inside my office near a window at work
Successfully grown a Trinidad scorpion and a black pearl. I use self watering pots and fertilize every two weeks.

I grew about 50 plants on my covered front porch last year... worked perfect. They received a few hours of bright direct sun light in the morning then normal "shaded" light the rest of the day and they were fine and produced.

Sure you can! As long as they get some direct sunlight and you have big enough pots.
