choc bhuts striping when ripening?

So one of my choc bhuts is having these streaks as they ripen. They did it on earlier pods but not to this extent. Check them out.

Do you think this is weather related? It is getting colder now.
Have anyone seen this before?

Looks like some of mine that did that only to find out they rotted inside. Hope that is not the case for you.

We had some of that on our chocolate bhuts when it got cold too. Ours weren't rotten though. They eventually ripened fully just like normal.

The stripes do go away once completely ripe. They just haven't ever stood out like this before. Look cool though! I did pick a few ripe ones today that went into the dehydrator and they were fine on the inside.
