The Tanzania Peaberry I got is awesome, earthy bull bodied, real nice. Costa Rica very smooth, my new stuff all tastes great

I might give the TB a try,is there a sweet spot for how many days to let them sit after roasting? I need bold full bodied beans to cut through the milk of Latte, the bolder the better!!. Mysore Nuggets has always done it for me but I have been looking to try something else.

I always wait two days, some people one, I find they do taste better when aged a bit. The TB should work for that.

Yup I like it too, need to make some actually today, nice for these hot temps, 33c in the shade right now.
