Compost tea question

How soon should compost tea be used once its ready? Do the beneficial microbes start to die once the oxygen levels start to drop?

At point 13 it says about 4 hours after no active aeration the microbes begin to die off, Its a really great thread to read through if you have the time to do so.

Also to note, compost tea is great for putting microbes into your garden for the first time. If you've already got a successful garden then you'll get little use out of it. The spike in microbes is acute and they will die off as fast as they grow initially. 
 
So it is useful for increasing the diversity of life initially, however after that there is little use, if any
