soil Could use some potting soil recipe

Hello,
I had terrible experience growing in pots so far but this year i'm doing my best to change it.
Can anyone give me tried proportions of soil/perlite/sphagnum (i can add some sphagnum right?) to get nice fluffy mix. My compost soil is very rich and dark but heavy and sticky. Maybe could use some sand too?
