seeds *Crosses Fingers* Sweet Cayenne Seeds

This is the final attempt...

I have dried seeds for many different chiles but these Sweet Cayenne's are so fickle...its like they turn brown (rot/mold) during the drying process when they seeds next to it from a Hab or jalapeno are just fine....

well my last shot today....3rd time is a charm for these guys....

Ill let you know...

How do you dry them? I don't have a lot of experience, but 25 degrees centigrade and moving air have worked well for all my seeds, not just chiles. I also try to move them, turn them once a day so that all sides get dry. A dry top is no good if the underside is moist and rotting.
