I was of the understanding that by introducing ones self today, there would be some pie.

Pies are my favorite.

Another Floridian here. Homebrewer. Peppers. Miracle Fruit. Smoker.

Probably other stuff too.

I'm glad to be here. You guys have been a great resource for me. Thank you all for the good stuff over the years.

Now, on to my pie.

ps. Tried to make an entry for a pop-off yesterday. Did some fried ones in tempura batter, and smoked some stuffed with pulled pork (home-smoked, of course), cream cheese, monterey jack, wrapped in bacon. Too bad the picture came out really crappy, because the popper was something to behold.
