Discoloration in my pods. Need a bit of advice!

May be a noob question, but I have a few ideas on what may be wrong... just need some help narrowing everything out.

There's some funky dark discoloration coming from only a couple peppers on the hab and Bhut plants. The rest of the pods seem to be doing fine, however I have no idea what it could be or what condition the rest of the plant could be.

Luckily it's only affecting a few plants.

Could it be over fertilization? Over watered by rain? Cold damage from ONE cool night that caught us surprise shortly after planting a few weeks ago. Or could it be sun damage? My guess is leaning towards sun damage. I used some shade cloth recently and since then all plants seem much happier. Also everything else seems to be doing great. Where did I go wrong though?!

It looks like probably sun burn. Should be okay.

Also, just a tip for the pics. You can show them in your post, just enclose with img tags

 
Imgur has a bbcode formatted option on the image view, you can just select the size you want and copy/paste. Or click the photo icon in the post options and paste the image url there.

Thanks Neil! I've got a light burlap hut over them since a few days ago and they seem to love it. Glad I got some clarification.
