Don't you hate it when..?

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger. This was my first year growing peppers and it has not gone well. Started out great, until the rains came. Now, I have leaf spot running rampant and wondering if I can even pull everything up and start over in my little greenhouse without the new plants getting infected.
Meanwhile, I just sit here watching leaves fall off, and plants getting barer and barer.
 
I've been using Serenade spray, supposed to be for BLS. Is that got copper in it?
 
I think it would have worked better if I'd got it earlier, when all the rain happened. But, being my first time I just didn't know.
