Double Wrapped Flaming Corndogs

Well when you don't have corn meal grab a pouch of corn bread mix.....WTH should be fine. :D
Picked a Jimmy Nardello, a Bhut Jolokia from my one nursery bought plant, a Caribbean Red Hab, and a Fatalii.

Did some bare-handed slicing. I love my cuticles burning.

Double wrapped and deep-fried them to get the bacon ready.

Coated them with the cornbread mix.

In the deep-fryer for a few minutes and

I'd imagine the toothpicks would do less damage to your mouth than the peppers ya got in those damn things.....

They were so good minus the toothpicks of course smarty. :D
The heat was there but not over powering. Just pulled desert for the leftovers out of the oven and posted pics.
 
So, I roll over to Justaguy's house and we're out by the fire chillin with the kids. We go inside to look at today's harvest (several hundred peppers). He says, "Oh, by the way, I've been heating this up for you"....
