Dr. GONZO's 1st Retail Location

Greetings from the bowels of the 'Emporium' (located in the hysterical Courthouse district two doors north of the Abbey)@ 122 Main St. in Worcester, MA. After 8 weeks of effort (by many gifted and generous people) the ex-barber shop has been transformed into a real comfortable space.
George Evans of Massachusetts Pianocraft has restored and delivered a tank of a Chas Steif upright which is being pounded on whenever I am procrastinating from something of great import....
Guertin's is working on our first wave of durable wear which is sure to tickle your fancy. The lovely Miss Jackie has promised to proudly wear the first "All Natural" wife beater edition (mediuim) while pouring the best head at the Dive and the Abbey.
Now that I have been able to take a breather from running in and out of Elwood Adams (avg. 3X/day over 6 weeks), I'll get back to production. Yes, I know that we have been out of Wazoo Juice since Christmas and I apologize to all of you good folks that are Jonesing for our latest condiment crack. Also in the works: Wicked Wiener Wonder Relish, Big Jerky and another round of One Hump Dry Rub No. 2.
Still want your input on what our Wild Beaver Rub should taste like: have a large pre demand for the tee shirts and actually need to develop the product!
That's all fer now. Stop on in if your in the neighborhood. Live jams in the evening with spicy comestibles to warm yer innards. As always all the best to you and yours and Happy Frippin' 2009! -the "Good Doctor"
-end transmission from Uncommon Condiment World Headquarters

Wow, live music too? Awesome! Is it going to look like an old style pharmacy?

Congrats and welcome from Fort Worth

Will be posting photos/vids on site and utube soon. Picture yerself walking into a jar of Jalapenomash: deep green walls, gold tin ceiling, goose neck & Carriage lamps. Tasting station is a pickle barrel/cider press/70's hot tub thang that is cozy and easy to work. European approach to the retail space. Front is cozy, inventory and online shipping in the back. DickT, I remember meeting you at the Specalty Food Show and would love to have samples of your fantastic nuts. NO one else has anything like them in the area and we might be able to get you into the mix.
Still some glitches to work out: telephone is being transferred from the home office and is temporarily off line. If there is a pressing need mashman57@yahoo.com goes direct.
As always, all the best to you and yours, Stu Esty AKA the "Good Doctor"

Good luck with the new store Stu. I will have to let ChileheadEd know about your store since he is in your parts. He sells products as well as makes them so maybe I can get you two together for a swap of some kind. His Golden BBQ sauce is the best I have ever tasted of that variety.
