Bloom . The nutrient is 0.2.3 so no nitrogen but it keeps getting more green growth.
So I keep trimming it back. Flower production is terrible.
What few flowers there are seem to have no pollen.
I have no luck with self pollination. Saw lots of vids on pollinating
And it aint working fir me. Pollin was the a bit a mnth ago

So what exactly is your question? Kinda confusing post. The plant looks healthy. There really is no forcing it to flower. Just gotta let it do its thing. What kinda lights are those?
 
Those look like T5's??? You should put some sort of reflector on them to force the light downward instead of letting all that light escape.
