My entire grow this year has been continuesly crossing Reapers with Arizona Chiltepins I harvested in remote wild locations. I opened each pod and germinated all the seeds from each in the same solo cup and let them grow out. Most did, some died off. Now that it has cooled off into the low 100's the plants are just going nuts. One is approaching 8' tall and just loaded with blooms and pods, most are over 5' tall and also loaded. The ones under the Sweet Acacia nurse tree are doing best and this evening when looking under them to see how the young agave's were doing I found this little guy with pods.
No ide how a Reaper and Chiltepin did this and they smell very hot. Will probably try one tomorrow but not before bed tonight.
