Epsom salts

How much Epsom Salts are you guys using and how often? How much are you mixing to a gallon of water and why is it important?
 
Epsom salts(magnesium sulphate) is a good source of magnesium, which peppers, especially C. chinense varieties really enjoy.
I'm not sure of exact measurements right now, but I'm sure its just a site search away.
 
well I'm growing bhuts,naga's and waiting for my yellow 7's to germinate so any help would be great. Haven't found anything online yet.
