made some chile seasoning yesterday. dried cayenne, dried bhut, dried garlic, dehydrated onion, and lemon zest. made into a powder, and covered over the shrimp. then sautéed in a pan with some butter and lime.
It is very rewarding. Just like making your own sauce. If it tastes good, the rewards are wonderfull. And to have friends enjoy them as much as me made it that much better. Just remember to dry the peppers completely to help prevent clumping.
