My first ever hot sauce making attempt. Includes atomic starfish, long reds, bhut jolokias, carrots, onions and some other good stuff. Made it last night, sampling later today. It was originally a hab recipe but I have not ripe habs yet so I subbed.

Needs more heat and less carrot. I used two jolokias and could have easily used 4 or 5. The starfish are hot but not hot enough for my taste. Overall I give it a 5 on the 10 scale, needs improvement.
I'm sure it's fine TPGM. Sure does look nice! Beautiful looking bright sauce. remember it's all about trial and error. Just keep adjusting till you get what you want! Good luck.
