As of yesterday evening (3 weeks and 5 days), all reapers have come up, nearly all habaneros, all but a couple SB, the last couple of Serpents are punching through, and the last couple of Big Jims are punching as well.  Several of the plants have their first leaves.  Some of them are curling at the edges and one of the SBs has dark veins.  I guess it is all going well up to this point.  I just gave them their first taste of fertilizer last night.  If you guys see any deficiencies please let me know.  Thanks.

Once you know the roots are to the bottom of the pot you can really hold off on water. Once they are in their own pots I pick them up to see how light they are. I shoot for almost bone dry lol. But I have 450+ plants, so once a good portion are dry I usually water the majority of them.

Almost through week 5 from beginning germ. The reapers seem to be the healthiest. They must be getting the right light because they arent leggy at all. The habaneros have yellow tips though and Im not sure what to make of that. The Sepia Serpents are by far the slowest.

Can't speak on the habs, but for me the reapers are definitely out-doing the sepia, sepia were also slower to germ. my sepia aren't tooo slow though.
