Flowers falling off

Why are there such huge differences in the npk of that earth juicr you have and the flora bloom. The bloom is like 0 5 4

Mine are falling too ! not all of them, but still many !
I have a 12-14 h light cycle! and my NPK is 5 - 4,6 -  6
Temperature is about 22-23 C or 71 F 
Watering them every 2-3 days
As pollination i am using fingers and shaking )
But as u can see from a photo pods are starting to grow and after that they are falling.

Whats the humidity? And do you have a fan blowing directly at them?

I had the same problem not to long ago and im pretty sure now that, both of those were the problem.
