Flowers pointing down instead of up

I planted a few Takanatsume peppers. I have never grown them before. All of the descriptions say the peppers grow upright. The first flowers are coming in and they seem to be pointing down. Does anyone know what is going on? Does anyone have experience with this type of pepper? I bought the seeds to it shouldn't be a hybrid unless the place I got it from messed up. I guess I will know more once the pods form.

Here are some links to descriptions of what they should look like and with pictures.

I have some peppers whose flowers bloomed downward but the peppers are growing upward. Wait a month and see how they are doing!

My Sweet Pickle (C.annuum) plant is growing downward flowers with upright pods.

From the picks I saw of the Takanotsume, it looks like a beautiful plant.

Ok so sometimes they turn back up when the peppers start forming? That makes me feel better. I was worried I got a hybrid or the wrong type.

I agree with the others. In fact, as I have learned this year, some peppers will even start their pods in the upright and as they develop will hang down. The first time my Hungarian Hot produced pods they were all pointing straight up and I thought the same as you, this must be some sort of hybrid. But after some time, they all hung down like I thought they should.
