If you have a Kitchen Aid mixer this attachment work incredible for salsa.

I like my food processor but when I made puree I used the foodmil. I worked really nice and the pure was pure and creamy. DId waste a bunch of pulp though. Could always use the pulp to make a danger fruit roll up.

I agree love my foodmill for sauces or puree but this machine leaves nice chunks
