Friend or foe?

Hi everyone. It's been a loooong time since ive posted something.

Getting some plants started so lets see if we can get some nice peppers after such a long time.

Anyhow, was inspecting the plants tonight and noticed this insect hanging around. I saw him earlier in the afternoon but didn't make much of it.

Beneficial? Or harmful?

Hard to tell from this distance but it sure looks like an assassin bug (friend)

Yep I think you are correct. After a bit more research, I found out it's 99% a leaf hopper assassin. Thnks
