From Flower to Pod

Depends on sun but mostly temperature.  In the middle of summer some of my habs or hab-hybrid blooms make it to ripeness after approx 50 days while towards this time of year it's closer to 65+ days.

Where you are located, any outside plant pods less than two weeks old probably won't make it to ripeness and there is no point to new blooms and pods growing from now forward unless you bring the plant inside to finish them growing and ripening.   I could be wrong, we might have a warm fall and winter but based on average length of season you probably only have 3 to 5 weeks left if that.

Take that with a grain of salt, there is always a chance that anything that makes it to full size can be brought inside, put in a paper bag with ethylene producing fruit and have the ripening process accelerated.  Just make sure they get enough airflow around the outside of the closed paper bag and it isn't too full so they don't mold from moisture buildup.
