Is 90-95 too hot for annums and baccatums to sprout? A few Chinenses are doing well I find it odd that the faster growing ones are taking longer.

My bell peppers (annuum) only started sprouting a few days after I took them off the heat mat, for what it's worth. The lemon drops (baccatum) LOVE the heat, often sprouting within 3-4 days.
