Ghost Pepper?

I bought 4 small plants from a local grower. 2 Chocolate Hab(confirmed as one has fruit) and 2 "ghost pepper". 1 "ghost pepper" died early on. The other is doing well has 6-7 small green peppers, however I picked one around 3 days after it turned red. Tried it raw just to see what i was in for, no heat, none, like eating a bell pepper. Did I just not let it get ripe or are is this not a ghost pepper plant? If not what kind of pepper do you think it is?

Assuming it's Hungarian wax wiki says they have a wide range on the scoville scale. Will this vary pepper to pepper or because one pepper from the plant wasn't hot none of them will be?
