Thanks guys! A lot has been going on here. I lost my teaching job last June :(, been unable to find work so I am back at school now taking 19 credits and getting an Earth Science Certification in May. I will be dual certified in Biology and Earth Science so hoping that will make me much more marketable come summer.

I haven't tried that many new sauces since I have been gone as compared to the pace I was on before I left. Of course the exception would be that I have tried many of the jolokia sauces that are being made.

I am curious about the Trinidad 7 pot/pod and if anybody knows of anyone with flakes or pods let me know!
