Swamp Yankee Products has just released their gift boxes. The boxes are made of reclaimed heart pine; a very sought-after wood for its beauty and character. They are reusable for anything that will fit inside and have an oil finish. It is typical to have worm holes, nail holes and other indicators of prior use. They are the real thing, not a distressed, recently harvested wood. Originally harvested at least 150 years ago.Boxes contain our three main sauces and present the chili head in your life with a variety of different flavors.
Our original Hot Pepper Sauce is a far superior alternative to the big boys like Tabasco, Texas Pete's , etc; loaded with pepper flavor and will not rip your face off while presenting a nice creeping burn.
Killah is a hotter, mole inspired sauce that is outstanding with Southwestern style food or anything grilled.
Our newest sauce is Last Call. A cranberry based sauce made with peppers that were bitten by the first hard frost, picked and processed the day after and blended together with ingredients that draw inspiration from fall here in New England. Great on poultry and good on everything else. Not your typical sauce.
