green thai sauce tips???

help!! im new to this forum and wanted tips on making hot sauce. got 2 green thai plants 1 jalapeno, and a lemon pepper plant, but can never get enough pods at once for 1 big sauce. have tried makn a sweet and spicy sauce with some thais and habaneros that i got from a local friend, but any tips would be great

If you dont have enough pods at one time to make a sauce with, then just freeze them and wait until you do. Good luck with your sauce!
