greenhouse Greenhouse Size?

I am moving to a new house with a garden soon, and of course the first thing I'm going to do is set up a greenhouse for a chilli grow.

I was wondering what the minimum size I can get away with is, I'll want to grow about 4 different varieties I guess but wont have masses of room. What kind of L x W x H measurements am I looking at?

I can't give advise on greenhouse sizing, but my grow room is about 10 feet X 14 feet and it works just fine.

IMO no matter what size you build, you will eventually need more....soooooooo...I would say to build one as big as you can...as far as dimensions go, that just all depends on how much area you have to build one...I see a lot of folks in the UK use polytunnels...

Thanks for the good advice guys. As it will be a reasonable sized garden I wasn't anticpating a size issue, but the girlfriend wants a shed so that's going to take up space and a big green house will make the garden look like a small village!

Really interested about the poly tunnel idea. Something like this perhaps:

I'd be a bit worried about the height though.

you can build or buy polytunnels in lots of different sizes...here is a DIY link...

You can build something expandable or use clear plastic for your shed too. I section off my polytunnel in the spring so I only have to heat a smaller section, and I use the rest for a garden shed/workshop until the space is needed.
