Hey Guys,

I joined the forum awhile back and thought I post a hello to everyone to startoff the new year!

I typically grow 100-200 plants a year. Last year I grew most from seed (which is the plan for 2010 to). I make a fair amount of powder, preserve in vinegar, and freeze what can't be eaten fresh - this year I want to work on making my own sauce.

Seems like some VERY knowledgeable people here! Look forward to talking with everyone!
