Greetings, esteemed pepper masters!
I've lurked on and off for the past year or so. It's about time I actually posted! Nomadic by nature, I'm usually back and forth between Colorado and Nebraska. I've worked as a greenhouse monkey, line cook, brewmaster, and now as a respiratory therapist. In regards to chiles, that means I've been growing, serving, quenching, and saving people from the pepper fire. (Though the only respiratory-related event was pepper-spray.)
