Grow room co2?

For those of you with grow rooms how easy is it to setup for winter
How do the plants get enough co2 and oxygen?
What light spectrums do peppers prefer
Where can I pick them up the cheapest
What do I line the outside with?

Its easy to set a grow room up all you need is

Light
Air exchange
Plants


If you are going to be pumping in co2 you are gonna need higher temps to reach the full potential.
I believe around 85deg
I reckon that peppers will grow well in a balanced light spectrum.
My t-5 is burning blue tubes meant more for vegetative growth.
Reflectix from your local bigtop hardware store works really well to cover the walls
But you can use panda film on the cheap side
