Growing Light

Soft white bulbs run more on the red end of the spectrum (2700k). For more compact and bushy plants you'll want to use more blue spectrum light (5000-6500k are the most common available in stores, also called "Daylight" bulbs).

These look like the best solution for you as far as CFLs from Home Depot web site go:

They do offer a 120watt equivalent but it actually puts off less lumens than these do.

You can do what I did and get a couple of work lights with y-adapters to use these with.

Well might as well throw this in here. This is my first nursery if you will. I have two 48" 32w 6500 bulbs. Just starting so using what I have. Right now 4 butch t's have popped. I just planted ghost peppers and am about to plant habenero and scorpions. The room is usually around 78 or so, right now just partial sunlight later in the year it comes in pretty good.

The light is on a timer from 6am until 10pm

Anywho, any advice would be appreciated

Looks solid to me. Keep the watering regimen light, that's the only advice I have. They don't need as much water as you'd think.

being my goal is just to grow these for outdoor planting in a couple of months and not for fruiting and being i could have three shelves of plants going just need more lights would it be better if i had 1 6500 and one lets say 5000-5500 bulb per shelve? would it make any difference?

Well, in general, the more lights, the faster they grow. Spectrumwise though, I don't think there is much of a difference in growth between 5500 and 6500K.
