When you want to harvest seeds from a pod you've grown should you start the growing process with them ASAP or can you throw them in a container and hang on to them for a little bit?
Any other tips on seed harvesting would be appreciated too!
everything i have read is you can use them right away, or you can dry them out for a week or so then bag them up and keep them in a dark place till you want to germinate.
Stored properly they can last years. I believe cmpman1974 just successfully germinated some seeds that were in the 10 year old neighborhood. Cool, dry and dark is the best.
