chinense Heat without the "Chinense"

 Some things just dont go.  Chinense on nachos with cheese, no way.  ...

 
I gotta respectfully disagree.  I love chinense with cheese, and find nachos to be a convenient vessel for the combo.  I get it that it is arguably non-traditional, but that don´t make it any less good....
