fresh cilantro would be good, also if you sub a home made salsa you will get that cilantro flavor(if i make it anyway). ;) and how could i not plug Juanita's they rock! :dance:
 
I should know better than to watch these when I'm starving.....


Might just have to do this for the Holidays! Looks REALLY yummy......
